The Molvi...

This is the person who is often targeted with criticism, but when observed closely, it becomes clear that his services are present at every turn of our lives. A human being's life begins with a Molvi and ends with a Molvi. Nations are not built merely by roads, bridges, and buildings... nations are built by character... and the position of the Molvi has always been high among those who build character. Whether it is a freezing cold night of winter... a dawn wrapped in dense fog... a scorching hot afternoon of summer... or a dark rainy night... while most of the neighborhood people are sleeping comfortably in their beds, a lamp in the mosque is still shining... and a Molvi is sitting under that lamp. A doctor treats the body... an engineer builds a building... a merchant runs the market... but a Molvi shapes the mindset of generations... If the Molvi leaves this work, perhaps after some time, buildings will still stand... but humanity will start falling... society will begin to fall apart... and the foundations of relationships will become weak. If millions of people know the basic teachings of religion... then the hard work of some Molvi is definitely involved in it. In slums... in deserts... in mountains... where no government employee is willing to go... there too stands a mosque... and mostly a Molvi is present in that mosque... who, on a meager salary, fulfills the religious needs of the entire settlement. There can be differences, opinions can vary, but this reality remains that the role of scholars (Ulama) in protecting the freedom, religious identity, and religious awareness of this country is a part of history. Tell me honestly: If all the Molvi gentlemen stop their services for a single day, what impact will it have on society? But it is a matter of great sorrow that there is nothing for Molvis in the budget of this country. Think for a moment with a hand on your heart... if your son says one day: "Father! I also want to become a Molvi..." will you be happy? And if the answer is "no"... then you must ask a question to yourself... after all, what did we do to this class that people give them respect... but do not prefer such a life for their own children...?

Who Sent The Food?

Who Sent The Food?

Imam Qurtubi (RA) narrates that when the people of the tribe of Ash'ariyyin migrated and reached Madinah Munawwarah, all their food and drink provisions were exhausted. Therefore, they sent one of their men to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to ask for some arrangement for food and drink. When that man reached the door of the Prophet's ﷺ house, the voice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ could be heard reciting this verse of the Holy Quran: “And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision.” Hearing this verse, a thought came to his heart that when Allah Almighty has taken responsibility for everyone's sustenance, then we are humans, we are not lesser than animals. He will surely arrange sustenance for us. He returned from there and did not tell anything to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Upon reaching his companions, he said to all of them in a loud voice, "Companions, rejoice! The help of Allah is about to arrive." They thought that since this man had gone to request the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the Prophet must have promised to send food. Therefore, they happily engaged in their work and felt reassured. A short while later, two men came carrying a large vessel filled with meat and bread. Those two men left after delivering the food. Everyone ate to their heart's content, but a lot of food was still left over. They thought that they should send this leftover food back to the service of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ so that it could be used in time of need. Two men came to the Holy Prophet ﷺ with the food and said, "O Messenger of Allah! The food sent by you was very delicious." When the Prophet ﷺ heard this, he said, "I did not send any food." One man said, "O Messenger of Allah, we were very hungry, and in our state of hunger, we sent our man to you to grant us some food." Meanwhile, that man also arrived and said, "O Messenger of Allah! When I came, you were reciting the verse of the Holy Quran: 'And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision.' Therefore, I thought that the Being Who is taking responsibility for the sustenance of animals is also responsible for us. That is why I left without telling you anything." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled and said, "This sustenance was not sent by me, but by that Lord Who is responsible for the sustenance of everything." ___________📝📝📝___________ Narrated - Selection: Islamic Tube Pro App
