Oh, Land of Palestine!
You are the path of "Wat-Toor" (Mount Tur), you are the source of "Wat-Teen" (The Fig),
The themes of the Quran are engraved upon your chest.
The decrees of Moses and Jesus have not forgotten you,
The monarchs of the world are servants at your doorstep.
Oh, Land of Palestine!
Within your lap are the springs of the Night of Isra (Ascension),
Angels bring down the "Rafraf" (celestial carrier) into your settlement.
Rows of Prophets stand present in your embrace,
From Al-Aqsa to the heavens echoes the sound of Yaseen.
Oh, Land of Palestine!
Why is there an atmosphere of horror in Palestine today?
Why is every single house in Gaza a mourning home?
Why is the whole world bent on wiping you out?
Why are the conditions of the era so severe for you?
Oh, Land of Palestine!
Bloodthirsty beasts are clawing at your heart,
Pieces of youths are scattered in your streets.
Houses are filled with the shattered hearts of children,
Gunpowder is in the air, the earth is stained with blood.
Oh, Land of Palestine!
Now your brave and passionate sons have awakened,
Holding the flag of Palestine firmly in their hands.
Kicking away the arrogance of the tyrants of disbelief,
Now Masjid al-Aqsa will never be sorrowful again.
Oh, Land of Palestine!
Oh, if only armies would come here from all surroundings,
And raise the slogans of Takbeer (Allahu Akbar) in your mosque!
They would sacrifice their lives for your sanctity, Oh Holy Land,
May you be liberated from the clutches of disbelief again, Ameen!
