Number 1: Morning breakfast is available.

Description: Breakfast is eaten only in the morning. There is no such thing as night breakfast or afternoon breakfast, so the only correct phrase is: "Breakfast is available."

Number 2: False accusations.

Description: Have you ever heard of true accusations?? No?? So the correct word is simply "accusations", not false accusations.
