Somehow, my life passed in such a way,

I remained heedless of Your worship all the time.

I kept turning my face away from Divine Commandments,

I kept putting the Sunnah of the Prophet (ﷺ) behind my back.

No sign of Faith and Islam remained within me,

I never cared to recite the Quran.

Day and night, I remained drowned in Your disobedience,

I never worried about the Hereafter.

I kept considering the world and its destructive pleasures as my everything,

I kept committing sin after sin.

I kept wandering and stumbling from door to door.

Then one day, the rain of Your grace poured down,

You made me Your own, and I presented myself before You.

I became deeply ashamed of my every mistake,

I felt remorseful for what I had done.

I kept bowing myself down before You,

And then You showered endless mercy upon a worthless being like me.

You overlooked my every fault,

You forgave my every shortcoming and slip.

You kept my every hideous deed hidden (Sattar-ul-Auyoub),

You fulfilled my every permissible desire.

In this manner, the rain of Your blessings poured down,

You became mine, and I became Yours.

I remained regretful for my deeds and grateful for Your blessings.

O Allah! All praise is due to You, a perpetual praise.

I seek forgiveness from Allah, there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence, and to Him I turn in repentance.

The Reason for Divorce...??

The Reason for Divorce...??

It is said that a Bedouin divorced his wife. Some people came to him to ask and find out the reason why he divorced her. He said: "She is still in her waiting period (Iddah). She is still my wife, and I have the right to take her back. If I mention her flaws before you, how will I take her back?" People waited, and the waiting period ended, and the man did not take her back. People came to him again, so... He said: "If I say anything about her now, it would be equivalent to defaming her character, and no one will marry her!!" People waited until the woman got married elsewhere. People came to him again and asked for the reason for the divorce. The Bedouin said: "Now that she is someone else's honor, and chivalry demands that I keep my mouth shut about a strange and unrelated woman...!!" This text is for those people who go around telling their friends and associates about their wives' mistakes. Leave the flaws of others; sometimes hold a mirror in front of yourself too...
