Our teacher says....
Once I was checking exam papers....
It was an Usul al-Fiqh (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence) paper...
One question asked for the definition of "Ijma" (Consensus) and its types....
A student solved this question exceptionally well...
He dedicated a full three to four pages to his answer...
Its definition... its types... the specific ruling for each type.... he wrote everything...
But I didn't give him even a single mark...😎
We asked in astonishment, "Why was that, teacher?" 😳
He replied, "The rascal read 'Ijma' without the 'Alif' (misreading it as 'Jima' / sexual intercourse) and solved the entire question based on that..." 😂😂😂
