*"Wa bi-sawmi ghadin nawaytu min shahri Ramadhan"*
This is by no means a supplication (Dua) for Sehri,
Rather, it is the intention (Niyyah) for fasting.
And these words are neither Sunnah, nor proven (from Hadith), nor specified, nor mandatory;
At most, they are permissible.
Therefore, it is correct to make the intention of fasting with these words as well, and it is also correct to make the intention in any other language.
In fact, making the intention verbally is not even necessary; the real intention is that of the heart...!
