3. Backbiting (Gheebah) consumes good deeds.

4. Grief consumes life (age).

5. Charity (Sadqah) consumes calamity (misfortune).

6. Anger consumes intellect (wisdom).

7. Regret consumes generosity.

8. Arrogance consumes knowledge.

9. Goodness consumes evil.

10. Justice consumes oppression.
