I begin with the name of Allah,

From Whom the heart receives every guidance.

The Qur'an is the pure word of Allah,

Which shows us the true system.

Tafseer (Exegesis) explains the matter to us,

Of what the Lord of the Universe desires.

In Hadith is every word of the Prophet (ﷺ),

For our life, it is salvation.

Fiqh (Jurisprudence) tells us what is right and what is wrong,

How we should pass our days and nights.

Ilm al-Kalam (Theology) is the light of faith,

This is the true recognition of truth and falsehood.

Tasawwuf (Spiritualism) teaches the purification of the heart,

Love for Allah, and the betterment of the soul.

Madrasas are the bright lamps of knowledge,

From here, the clue to every branch of knowledge is found.

The teacher and the scholar are blessings of God,

From them alone is the path of religion discovered.

Islamic knowledge is our pride,

This alone is the real sign of success.

If there is no knowledge, we would go astray,

We would lose our way in the darkness.

Come, let us spread the knowledge of religion,

Let us all eradicate ignorance together.
