مَّا يَفْتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا وَمَا يُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ (۲)(سورۃ فاطر)

Translation

Whatever mercy Allah opens for people, there is none who can withhold it; and whatever He withholds, there is none who can release it after Him. And He is the Owner of authority, the Owner of wisdom (2) (Asan Tarjuma Quran)
