A wedding that involves tying a Sehra, fireworks, photography, video making, and other customs and innovations (Kharafat), attending such a wedding is not proper, especially for those scholars who are leaders (followed by people) and they have prior knowledge of it. And if they did not have prior knowledge and became present, then they should stop these innovations. And if they do not have the power to stop them, then they should return and not participate.
